GCC Bundle Offer
Abu-Ghazaleh Intellectual Property (AGIP) is introducing a chance to its clients to extend their trademarks protection to the GCC countries through one bundle offer, where they can file one trademark in one class with one fee including official and professional fees.
TM Filing Requirements:
(i). Power of Attorney
The power of attorney forms are to be signed by the applicant if the applicant is an individual and signed by the authorized signatory and stamped with the company seal if the entity is a company. Then the power of attorneys must be legalized up to the consulate or notarized in a few countries while in some other countries, they need to be simply signed depending upon the laws of each country of filing. The attestation requirements of the power of attorneys are as given below:

Saudi Arabia: According to the new practice of the Saudi TM Office, a power of attorney filed with the full name and address of the applicant, duly notarized and legalized up to the Saudi Consulate is required for filing.
Bahrain: We require full particulars of the applicant name and street address (P.O. Box address is not accepted as per the current regulations).
(ii). Certificate of Incorporation or Extract of the Commercial Register or Trade License
Certificates of incorporation of the applicant or extract of the commercial register pertaining to the applicant or trade license of the applicant should include the details such as the name, address, date of incorporation and objectives of the corporation. The requirement is applicable only for the following countries as given in the table below.

(iii). Prints of the Mark
For each country, (15) prints of each mark for each class is to be furnished. A trademark print should not exceed 5x5 centimetres. (You may provide an electronic sample of the mark as our offices can prepare the prints locally).
(iv). List of Goods/Services
The list of goods/services to be covered by the application is necessary for filing in each country.
Translation charges for the POA from English to Arabic will be charged separately.
