Fling Requirements:1• Views of the design & Filing particulars.2• Original Power of Attorney from the applicant, duly notarized and legalized either by the Apostille or legalized by the Consulate of Oman via courier. 3• A simple copy of the Certificate of Incorporation of the applicant company or an extract of their entry in the Commercial or a Certificate of Good Standing (along with a simple English translation, if it is not in English). Legalization is not required for this document.4• Deed of assignment from the designers transferring their rights to the applicant, duly notarized and legalized either by the Apostille or legalized by the Consulate of Oman via courier. 5• Certified priority document (along with a simple English translation), if priority is to be claimed.6•Brief abstract showing the novelty elements of the design.
