Oman and Egypt Sign Cooperation Agreement on Patent Technical Examination

MUSCAT – Under the patronage of His Excellency Mr. Ali Al Sinide, Minister of Industry and Commerce in Oman, the Omani Patent Office signed a cooperation agreement with the Egyptian Patent Office, on September 10, 2014.
This agreement is expected to expedite the processes of technical examination, and enhance the quality of patents in Oman, as well as increase global trust in Omani Patent Office examination results.
