Renewal of Trademark Applications Ceased for One Month in Jordan
21-Feb-2013 AMMAN – The Intellectual Property Follow-up Department, affiliate of Jordanian Trademark Office, issued a new regulation stipulating that renewal of trademark applications will be ceased for a period of one month as of February 20, 2013.
According to the Department, this regulation has been carried out due to the accumulated applications under processing.
The above suspension will not apply to renewal of applications which are due for renewal within the said month, allowing renewing the new applications upon their due dates.
