New VAT Rate Applied to IP Services in Algeria
30-Mar-2024 ALGERIA - The Algerian National Institute of Industrial Property has announced that, effective March 29, 2024, a value added tax (VAT) rate of 19% has been applied to all official fees for IP services in Algeria.
Therefore, beginning of this date, all invoices for intellectual property matters in Algeria will reflect the new increased VAT rate.
