New Requirements for .COM.KW Domain Name Registration in Kuwait
20-Oct-2022 KUWAIT – The Communication and Information Technology Regulatory Authority (CITRA) of Kuwait issued new requirements for the registration and renewal of third-level domains under .COM.KW.
As per the new requirements, a foreign .COM.KW domain applicant who wants to register .COM.KW domain that matches his trademark must be the owner of the trademark registered in Kuwait. If authorized to use an international trademark, he must provide evidence of the right to use that trademark.
