New Requirements for Registering .QA Domain Name
29-Sep-2021 DOHA – As per the new requirements of the Qatar’s Domain Name Registry, all the domain names .COM.QA must provide either a copy of trademark registration certificate issued in Qatar or a trade license/ commercial license issued in Qatar.
As for the top level domain names .QA, all the previous domain names registered for this extension related to a company should register .COM.QA
The deadline to comply with Qatar’s Domain Name Registry requirements is October 19, 2021.
In case the domains do not meet these requirements, they will be subject to deletion.
