New Fees of IP Matters in Sudan
30-Jul-2021 KHARTOUM – In accordance with the Ministerial Decree No. 1917 of the year 2021, the Sudanese IP Office announced that new official fees have been implemented in respect of IP matters in Sudan, as from July 27, 2021.
The new official fees have been imposed for all trademark, patent and design services, including filing, registration, publication, etc….
