Separate Registrations

AGIP would like to draw the kind attention of its clients that to have their IP rights protected in the West Bank and/or Gaza, they must have these rights registered in each of these areas. Registration in Jordan does not suffice the registration requirement in either the West Bank or Gaza. They must file an independent application in each area in which they seek to register their IP prerogatives. Thus, applicants in Jordan, the West Bank and Gaza need to file three separate applications.
