Abu-Ghazaleh Intellectual Property (AGIP) would like to urge its valued clients to seize the opportunity and benefit from the reduced charges offered by AGIP for trademark-related services in Qatar until February 2006.
In spite of the substantial increase in the Qatari official trademark-related charges which took effect June 26, 2005, AGIP has - and for the past six months- maintained its charges without any increase.
However, AGIP’s newly modified charges will be applied as of February 1, 2006.
It is noteworthy that the official fees have increased in Qatar in compliance with Ministerial Decision No. 47 of 2005, of the Qatari Minister of Economy and Commerce, Sheikh Mohamed bin Ahmed Al-Thani, effective June 26, 2005.
