The King of Bahrain Sheikh Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa issued on June 4, 2005, Decree No. 12 of 2005 approving the Kingdom’s accession to the International Convention for the Protection of New Varieties of Plants (the 1991 Act).
The Decree was published in the Official Gazette of Bahrain No. 2690 dated June 8, 2005, and entered into force on June 9, 2005.
