TAGIdomains.com, a member of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Organization (TAGO) and an Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) accredited registrar announces the official launch of its website www.tagidomains.com, on April 27, 2005.
“Since registrations are handled on a 'first-come, first serve' basis and we are not permitted under the rules of ICANN to refuse the registration of any available domain name, we recommend that our clients register all their domain names promptly,” Domain Names Registrations Officer at Abu-Ghazaleh Intellectual Property (AGIP), member of TAGO, Mr. Mahmoud Lattouf said.
TAGIdomains.com is an accredited ICANN registrar for the most popular generic Top-Level Domains (gTLDs) (.com and .net) and country-code Top-Level Domains (ccTLDs) in countries where AGIP provides its services.
TAGIdomains can also provide advice to its clients to ensure that they follow a healthy domain name management strategy.
"To check if a domain name is available, please visit our website which is fully operational. The registration process takes between 15-20 minutes," Mr. Lattouf added.
TAGIdomains website will enable users to manage their domain names portfolio; they can also update information and modify contact details related to their domain names.
As part of the service, instructions, application forms, and all related information required to register country-code Top-Level Domains (ccTLDs) in Arab and other countries can be found on the website.
“It is also possible through the website to renew domain names already registered through TAGIdomains, and to initiate transfer requests in order to move previously registered domain names to TAGIdomains as your registrar,” he concluded.
