As of May 31st of 2003, and as published in the Official Gazette, Iranian Ministry of Justice has passed a new legislation with regards to service classes. According to the new legislation, all services will be filed according to Nice Classification from class 35 to 45. This is in contrast to the previous legislation, where all trademark applications with regards to services had to be filed in class 35.
The new legislation will take effect on June 15th of 2003
