The Intellectual Property Consortium (IPC) announced the following results of their recent election.
The new officers are:
-IPC President, Steve Metalitz, IIPA, North America
-IPC Executive Vice President, J. Scott Evans, INTA, North America
-IPC Vice President, Jane Mutimear, AIPPI, Europe
-IPC Treasurer, Andrew Collins, APAA, Asia/Australia/Pacific
-IPC Secretary, Mark Bohannon, SIIA, North America
The resolution to adopt the proposed amended By-Laws (as attached to the ballot) was approved. Also, the resolution to remove from the membership rolls of the IPC (in accordance with Article III(E) of the IPC By-laws) those organizations that have not paid their IPC membership fees to date or made other arrangements for payment until such time as all membership fees are paid, was approved.
