Adjournment of Trademark Hearings in India in March 2016

NEW DELHI: The Trademarks Registry under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India has issued a circular on March 1, 2016 announcing the adjournment of Trademark hearings scheduled in March 2016.
Due to some administrative reasons, all the show cause hearings fixed for March, 2016 shall be adjourned to a future date. Furthermore, the fresh hearing notices shall be issued in due course.
Also, there may be a further delay in trademark hearings scheduled in the month of April.
