The Kingdom of Morocco published on May 18, 2000 the new Copyright Law: Thaheer Sherief No. 1.00.20 dated February 15, 2000.
Morocco this year has amended several of its intellectual property laws to comply with its requirements as a WTO member. A review of the Copyright Law and its new additions will be available in future editions.
