AGIP India Office Launches E-Filing System for Trademarks

NEW DELHI – Abu-Ghazaleh Intellectual Property (AGIP) would like to announce that its India office has started e-filing system for trademark related matters.
The new electronic systems aims at facilitating service to clients and associates, therefore, the system will be extended to include electronic filing of new trademark applications, renewals and recordals. Such a system will enhance paperless environment and ease access in all the five jurisdictions of India.
All the applications will be filed through the official portal of Controller General of Patents, Designs and Trade Marks at (www.ipindia.gov.in / www.ipindia.nic.in).
The e-filing facility includes the comprehensive payment gateway comprising net banking, debit cards, ATM cards and credit cards. Our attorneys will be using their digital signatures for login and authentication into the e-filing system of trademarks.
