Mohammed R. Doofesh
Mohammed Doofesh, deputy director general of AGIP, has recently completed his 25th year of service with the firm. AGIP is pleased to celebrate this momentous occasion and to thank and commend Mr. Doofesh for his many years of dedicated service.
Mr. Doofesh joined TMP Agents in 1974. By 1980 he had been promoted to Office Manager of Kuwait Office. A talented and dedicated member of the team, he was made a partner in 1988 and became Deputy Director General in 1988. Through his many years of service and the regional scope of his work he has followed the evolution of the region's intellectual property laws from their infancy to their present state of relative development, and is recognized as one of the leading experts on intellectual property protection in the Arab region.
His dedication to excellence has helped to develop the AGIP reputation for quality. His saying, "Extra Effort Leads to Excellence" has actually been incorporated as AGIP's quality statement for its ISO 9000 registration.
He is an active member in all the key IP societies including ASPIP, LESI, GRUR, INTA, ITMA, CIPA, ECTA, FICPI and PTMG. He has been an integral member of our management team for a quarter of a century and has played an important role in the development of Arab intellectual property protection. We salute him and thank him for his dedicated service.
