In co-operation with the Kuwait Engineers Society (KES) and the Arab Society for the Protection of Intellectual Property (ASPIP), LES - Arab Countries has organized a seminar entitled: "Basics of Licensing and Technology Transfer". The seminar will be held at the headquarters of KES in Kuwait during the period from March 25 to 26, 2000. The lecturers will be Dr. Heinz Goddar, President of Licensing Executives Society International (LESI), and Mr. Willy Manfroy, Member of LESI.
This seminar will focus on the most important principles and experiences in the licensing and technology transfer fields in order to open new horizons of development and prosperity for countries of the Arab World. The seminar is one of the training programs adopted by LES - Arab Countries as part of its overall continuing educational scheme. LES - Arab Countries will be pleased to assist those interested in attending the seminar, especially in obtaining entry visas to Kuwait as may be necessary
