AGIP Provides New Patent Service

CAIRO –Abu-Ghazaleh Intellectual Property (AGIP) announces a new service related to reviewing and amendment of specification or claims prior to filing a patent application.

In order to accelerate the examination procedures at the national patent office, AGIP's staff conducts a review on the proposed application and makes suggestions for amendments from formalities point.

This service enables patent applicants to enhance the chances of having the application accepted by the patent office, and will give them complete information whether the invention is drafted pursuant to the national patent law.

The charges for reviewing and amending specification or claims are very competitive!
