New Tariff for E-Trademark Publication in Saudi Arabia
09-Feb-2014 RIYADH – The Saudi Trademark Office announced that new publication fees for all new trademark applications have been applied in Saudi Arabia.
According to the new tariff, the e-publication fees of new trademarks are as follows:
SR 1,500 (US$ 400) for all applicants as from January 13, 2014.
SR 3,000 (US$ 800) for foreign applicants only as from March 1, 2014.
The new fees are applied on all accepted trademark applications as from January 13, 2014.
