Amendments to the Regulations under the PCT

GENEVE - The Director General of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) presents his compliments to the Minister for Foreign Affairs and, pursuant to Article 68(4) of the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT), done at Washington on June 19, 1970, amended on September 28, 1979, modified on February 3, 1984, and on October 3, 2001, has the honor to transmit herewith certified copies, in English and in French, of the amendments to the Regulations under the PCT, with effect from July 1, 2014, adopted on October 2, 2013, by the Assembly of the International Patent Cooperation Union (PCT Union), at its forty-fourth (19th ordinary) session, held in Geneva from September 23 to October 2, 2013.
