AGIP Participates in INTA Board Meeting

ALICANTE – Abu-Ghazaleh Intellectual Property (AGIP) represented by its Executive Director Mr. Charles Shaban took part in the Board of Directors meeting of the International Trademark Association (INTA) which was held in Alicante, Spain on September 17, 2013 and the Government Relations Program on September 18, 2013.

The Board of Directors meeting held at the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM), brought together officials from OHIM and European trademark offices such as the UK, Spain and Portugal, as well as the board members who represented the interests of the trademark owners and discussed their concerns and interests with the officials.

According to Mr. Shaban who is a member of the INTA Board of Directors "The meeting created an excellent opportunity to meet friends and colleagues of the INTA Board of Directors, to meet in person officials, and have an excellent meetings in which several issues were discussed and tackled recommendations for the coming years."
