Commercial Court Opened on Jan 3 in Bahrain

According to Bahrain Tribune, the Kingdom’s first commercial court was inaugurated on January 3, Zawya.com reported.

The court arbitrates commercial cases, which had increased recently due to the Kingdom’s economic progress.

The court is comprised of three judges and will look into cases related to bankruptcy, agencies, trademarks, bank and company disputes, the stock exchange, and commercial registration, among others.
