By virtue of the new regulations issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade in Yemen, the fees for the publication in the Trademark Gazette have been increased as of January 1, 2004 by 100%.
Such increase is applied to colored and black and white advertisements in both printed and electronic forms of the gazette.
