Head of the Chamber of Commerce in Kuwait, Mr. Ali Al-Ghanem, has recently submitted a new draft law to amend the Chamber’s 1959 old law, Mohamoon.com reported. The new draft law is expected to keep up with the new economic developments taking place regionally and internationally.
The draft law will also be in conformity with relevant laws in other GCC Countries. The law is still under discussion and it awaits the approval of the Kuwaiti Prime Minister, Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad.
