AGIP Participates in INTA's 'Trademark Practice Trends in India' Conference
12-Feb-2013 MUMBAI – Under the theme “Trademark Practice Trends in India”, the International Trademark Association (INTA) hosted a two-day conference in Mumbai, starting February 8, 2013.
The conference which focused on recent trends in trademark practice in India aimed to bring together global trademark experts in order to discuss most significant issues related to trademark practice updates and provide a new perspective on challenges and new possibilities within the practice.
Mr. Muneer Kudili, AGIP India Office Manager, participated in key panel discussions which focused on Trademark Office Practice Updates, Customs Recordal of Rights and Post Clearance Audits, Trademark Litigations and Settlements, Social Media and Counterfeiting and Business Transactions.
Mr. Kudili said: “The event created an open door to meet world’s leading experts in this field. AGIP is happy to be part of such an important event which focused on India's big market."
The event attracted high profile personalities and experts in the field of IP.
