His Majesty Kabous Bin Said, Sultan of Oman, has issued on the 28th of September 2003 a Sultanic Decree No. 67/2003 stipulating on the implementation of the Unified Customs Law of the countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC). Such Law shall be published in the Official Gazette and shall come into force as of the publication date. The Law of Customs Evaluation for imported goods has been nullified in accordance with the new Law.
