The Shoura Council has passed the first Anti-dumping Law in Saudi Arabia. The law will be submitted to the Council of Ministers for approval.
Many observers said that the Kingdom needed this particular law to become part of the global market, and to protect national products. Passing the Anti-dumping Law would help the Kingdom to join the World Trade Organization (WTO).
