PoA is No Longer Required for TM Filing in Japan 28-May-2012 AMMAN – Abu-Ghazaleh Intellectual Property (AGIP) would like to inform its clients that filing trademark applications in Japan doesn’t require the submission of a Power of Attorney (PoA) any more. However, an original signed Power of Attorney is still required for filing Madrid Protocol Applications.
