Moroccan Industrial and Commercial Property Office Introduces Simple Payment Method

CASABLANCA – In the context of simplifying the payment of the international filing fees related to Industrial Property, the Moroccan Industrial and Commercial Property Office (OMPIC) has engaged in several discussions with World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) to simplify payment methods.

As a result of these discussions, a simple and flexible method will be introduced allowing applicants to pay international applications fees directly with OMPIC, and thus to complete all payment requirements in one place and at one time.

These fees will be paid in Dirham by applying the exchange rate in force.
