The European Patent Office (EPO) is organizing in cooperation with the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology of Egypt (ASRT) and the Arab Society for Intellectual Property (ASIP), a regional conference on the Industrial Property System and Innovation Promotion at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Cairo, June 7-10, 2004.
Around 100 participants from Egypt will take part in the event including managers of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and larger companies, bankers, governmental agencies for innovation, universities and representatives from the Arab League.
The event will also host IP experts from Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria, Libya, Syria, Jordan, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, South Africa and Europe.
