Palestinian E-commerce and Communications Draft Laws

 The Palestinian Authority has prepared drafts for the two new laws, the Electronic Commerce and Exchange Law and Internet and Information Law.
 The first draft Law regulates the activities of the Ministry of Telecommunications and Post. The said Ministry will be responsible for issuing different licenses for Internet Service Providers (ISP) companies that desire to provide Internet services in Palestine.
 The second draft Law regulates electronic contract and gives a certain value to e-business transactions conducted through the Internet.
