AGIP would like to draw the attention of its Libya clients that, in accordance with the Ministerial Decree No.1 of the year 2002, there has been an increase in the official fees payable on trademarks issues in Libya. This increase is an indication that the near future will witness the implementation of a new registration system in Libya. AGIP’s website already contains a list of our new charges based on this change of official fees. The features of the new registration system will be available on www.agip.com as soon as the relevant implementing regulations are issued.
