Increase in Official IP related Fees in Turkey

ANKARA - The Turkish Patent and Trademark Office has announced that IP official fees have been increased in Turkey as from January 1, 2020.

As the satisfaction of our esteemed clients is our top priority, we keep our charges at minimum in Turkey despite the increase in the official fees.

Besides, the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office has launched a new online filing system to integrate all procedures under one filing system. The new Electronic Application System (EPATS) has strong infrastructure and security, allowing IPRs holders to more easily register their rights in the EPATS's central database.
