Bahrain Requires Legalized PoA
06-Mar-2011 MANAMA - Abu-Ghazaleh Intellectual Property (AGIP) would like to notify its clients that the Industrial Property Office (IPO) in Bahrain has changed the requirements for Power of Attorney (PoA) and the Office now accepts only legalized PoAs for all Industrial Property (IP) related matters.
The Power of Attorney must be legalized up to any Arab consulate. The IPO allows a grace period of three (3) months to submit the legalized Power of Attorney.
