AGIP Launches Trademark-Ownership Search Service
30-Sep-2010 AMMAN - Exerting relentless efforts to always remain at the forefront of trademark protection in the region, Abu-Ghazaleh Intellectual Property (AGIP) is pleased to launch a new trademark service in respect of Ownership Search Service in Gaza, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Oman, Qatar, UAE, West Bank and Yemen. AGIP started offering "Ownership Search" through its Intellectual Property Published Registrations (IPPR) Department beginning this August.
"Within 24 hours, AGIP conducts a comprehensive published trademark - ownership search in the Official Gazette in Gaza, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Oman, Qatar, UAE, West Bank and Yemen and provides clients with a full detailed search report indicating all of the trademarks, filed through the requested owner.
