The Lebanese House of Representatives (Parliament) has recently endorsed Law No. 394 approving Lebanon’s accession to the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) of 1970 and its amendments of 1979 and 1984 as well as its amended implementing regulations of 1997.
