AGIP Marks Successful Participation in INTA Leadership Meeting 2018

NEW ORLEANS – Abu-Ghazaleh Intellectual Property (AGIP), a pioneering IP firm, recently participated in International Trademarks Association (INTA) Leadership Meeting 2018 held in New Orleans, USA, from November 6-9, 2018. 

As active members in INTA councils and committees, AGIP representatives attended the event along with INTA volunteers and leaders. The AGIP delegation consisted of Mr. Charles Shaban, AGIP’s Executive Director, Mr. Motasem Abu-Ghazaleh, AGIP’s National Business Development Executive Director and Ms. Dima Naber, AGIP’s International Business Development Executive Director.

Mr. Motasem Abu-Ghazaleh, co-chair of the Middle East Global Advisory Council, received the Volunteer Service Award for his exemplary volunteering services and dedicated efforts during his work in the council. Mr. Abu-Ghazaleh is the first expert from the Arab region to receive this award.

Meanwhile, Mr. Charles Shaban, along with other members of INTA SME Presidential Task Force, submitted their report to INTA Board. The report focused on identifying the interests, needs, and characteristics of global SMEs and entrepreneurs from an IP perspective, and received positive feedback from the Board.

Ms. Dima Naber, a member of the Programs Council, worked with the council members on some issues related to all INTA future events and activities.
