Online Trademark Renewal System in Kuwait

KUWAIT – Kuwait has upgraded its system and switched from manual filing of renewal applications to an online system. As per the current practice, trademark renewals will be submitted electronically; however, renewal certificates will be issued manually for the time being. The renewal certificates are expected to be issued electronically as well on later stage.
The new system is partially implemented and it would be fully operational within coming few months.
In case the trademark is renewed by different agent of filing, official fees of (US $ 35.00) will be paid. AGIP does not add any charges on these official fees.
