AGIP Completes Trademark Registration Process in Afghanistan

KABUL – Abu-Ghazaleh Intellectual Property (AGIP) is pleased to announce that it has completed the registration process of its first trademark application in Kabul/ Afghanistan and received the registration certificate on November 2, 2010.

Accordingly, the registration process could be completed within around three months and a half, and trademark applications can be completed within three months or less.

In March 2010, AGIP announced that its office in Kabul, Afghanistan became fully operational; according to AGIP, the opening of an office in Afghanistan was due to the rapid and unprecedented expansion of
AGIP globally.

Since the establishment in 1972, the firm has continued to grow annually and is now considered one of the largest Intellectual Property service providers globally.
