USPTO Grants the Medicines Company One-Year Interim Patent Extension
30-Sep-2010 PARSIPPANY, NJ - The Medicines Company announced in a press release that the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has granted a one-year interim extension of the term of US Patent No. 5,196,404, the principal US patent that covers Angiomax, until August 13, 2011.
