TRIPOLI – Due to ongoing hostilities in the Libyan Capital of Tripoli, The Libyan Trademark Office has suspended its operations until further notice.
You may still send us your filing instructions and inquiries to AGIP Libya Office at Libya@agip.com; all your instructions and deadlines will be listed and inserted into our follow-up system, however, we might experience some delays due to the current situation in Tripoli.

Libya Trademark Office Resumes its Operations
TRIPOLI – The Trademark Office in Libya has officially resumed its activities after a four-month suspension. It has initiated its activities by receiving applications for trademarks registration in all its stages; from filing up to publication and registration.
Consequently, AGIP has started the processing of all pending applications, and it receives new applications for trademarks registration.
