Kuwait Expedites Examination of Pending TM Applications

KUWAIT – Kuwait Trademarks Office has set a new deadline for pending trademark applications filed before 1 January 2018, to be 31 August 2018.
The Trademarks Office announced that it is currently examining all pending applications filed before 1 January 2018, and it asked all applicants to make sure all their pending trademark applications are complete before the end of August.
It is worth mentioning that trademark applications filed through AGIP in Kuwait are all complied with the latest requirement set by Kuwait Trademarks Office, and no further action is needed in this regard.
