Contrary to the former registration process in Lebanon, when only a Power of Attorney or a copy of it was required for the issuance of a registration certificate, it has become mandatory to complete the whole filing requirements in order to finalize the registration process and issue the certificate. Thus, the filing of any application requires the inclusion of complete documents, an independent Power of Attorney and an Arabic translation of all documents.
