No New Applications or Renewal for Trademarks in Class 33 in Gaza

GAZA STRIP - As per the new legislation of the local Trademark Regulations in Gaza Strip, well-informed sources stated that the Trademark Office refrains from accepting new trademark applications and rejects renewal applications for trademarks already registered in class 33, according to ag-IP-news Agency.
Effective April 1, 2010, no new applications are to be filed in class 33. Previous filed applications, and still under examination, shall be ceased and not further accepted.
