Egypt Extends Deadline for National Phase PCT Applications

CAIRO - The Egyptian Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research has issued decree No. 10/2010 extending the deadline for entering the national phase for Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) applications in Egypt (calculated from the first priority) from 30 months up to 33 months providing that ascending extra charges are paid.
