Jordan Prepares the Amending Cyber Crimes Draft Law 2009

AMMAN - Jordan Ministry of Interior has prepared the amending Cyber Crimes draft Law 2009 that will be sent to the Ministers’ Council for endorsement, according to ag-IP-news Agency.
The 19-article draft defines what cyber crimes are, their regulations and penalties in addition to other related violations and crimes resulted from illegally surfing or using the Internet.
Currently, feedback and comments are being collected from interested legal entities, ICT corporations and other related parties to be submitted to the Ministry of Interior and Ministry of ICT before the draft is being delivered to the Cabinet.
