AGIP Attends INTA Annual Meeting 2018

SEATTLE – Out of its keenness to effectively reach out to its clients and potential clients, Abu-Ghazaleh Intellectual Property (AGIP) has been always keen on attending the International Trademark Association (INTA) annual meetings to take advantage of the educational programs, committee meetings, exhibits, social events and networking opportunities.
This year, AGIP participated in the world's largest trademarks event held in Seattle, Washington along with more than 10, 000 participants from more than 150 countries.
INTA’s five-day meeting featured a dynamic mix of educational programs and policy discussions on several trademark-related topics including strategies for battling counterfeit goods in the global marketplace, IP issues in the era of artificial intelligence and other innovations, influencer marketing insights into return on investment, Brexit and its impact on various IP rights, privacy and data protection compliance in light of the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation, and others.
AGIP delegation that was headed by Mr. Luay Abu-Ghazaleh and 30 directors from our different offices conducted more than 250 pre-scheduled meetings with clients from different countries, where its delegation exchanged expertise and knowledge and discussed areas of potential cooperation with them.
INTA’s 141st Annual Meeting will be held in Boston, Massachusetts, USA, May 18-22, 2019.
