Omani Minister of Agriculture & Fisheries, Mr. Salem Ben Hilal Al Khalili, has issued May 10, 2004, the Ministerial Decree No. 35/2004 stipulating on the issuance of the Implementing Regulations for Plant Varieties Law. The Decree was published in the Official Gazette No. 768 and entered into force as of the date of its publication.
